What is Multi-Factor/Two-Factor Authentication? (MFA/2FA)

This adds an extra layer of security to the VO login process and to your business - helping to address the vulnerabilities of a standard password-only approach.

Using MFA or 2FA will ensure that only authorized users have access to your iBenefits environment.

We have integrated with Duo Security service to provide Two-Factor Authentication(2FA)
